Placements include the entire range from sales Director to Sales Executive.

FCP has placed a substantial volume of candidates with a host of blue-chip companies, national and leading brand companies across the UK.

The FCP management team possesses a wide experience of business - business sales with experience to Sales Director level of multi-million£ sales operations

In delivering candidates to its clients, FCP has based its services on the business and economic demands that the market place presents. Once a client provides a Human Job Analysis (HJA), FCP will endeavor to identify suitable candidates, only those that have been physically seen and screened and match clients needs will be presented

FCP Do not send volume CV's of candidates who have not been interviewed, face to face.

As regards fees, we base our fees on a business model as appose to industry norm, as an example, salaries up to £30,000 would be subject to a 15% + vat fee, this would include a more than fair rebate scheme and is subject to negotiation for volume placements, whether locally or nationally. Salaries above £30,000 are by negotiation.
